After being closed for several years, TA's Office of Alumni Affairs and Development was reopened last year in an effort to create a connection between the alumni and the school. While we certainly need your financial support, that's not the only reason this office exists. We are here to help you stay connected to your friends and former classmates.

Our publication, TA Tidings, is a great place to share your stories, advertise your business, and more. We'd love to celebrate your success! We'd also love to help you find ways to be involved with the school. From volunteering to answer telephones and stuff envelopes to mentoring a young person -- there is MUCH you can to do make a difference in the life of a Takoman.

If you're interested in volunteering to help with the upcoming Alumni Weekend, the golf tournament or any of the 75th anniversary events, please contact me today. We're already making plans to have a great 2008 and many hands will make our workload much lighter.

The classes of 1938, 1948, 1958, 1968, 1978, 1983, 1988 and 1998 will be honored at Alumni Weekend in April. Click the  Homecoming 2008 button for more information.

Thank you for your tremendous support over the past year. Our future looks brighter because of you.

Are you looking for an alumnus? To protect the privacy of our alumni, our office does not give out their contact information. However, all alumni are welcome to register with the Alumni Association and use their online database for searches. You may also send your name and contact information to me, and I will pass it along, if possible, to the person(s) you are wishing to find.
